Giving Thanks To Our November Winners!
Congratulations to all our employees who were recognized by our customers, both external and internal customers in our ‘Wow’ customer experience contest. The winners of the external customer contest for most compelling nomination is Kyle Dispaltro. Kyle was noted for his honesty and patience in explaining all the conditions with our customers HVAC systems. Kyle also got the most nominations, most of which referenced his dimples. Congratulations to Kyle and his customer Jessica who are both getting $50 gift cards. There were so many great nominations, we are awarding three runner ups including: Brandon Yeager for crawling in attic crawl spaces in the summer to get a customer AC. Congratulations to Anthony Rivera for wining our customer’s trust and making our customer above and beyond satisfied. Congratulations to Ashley Middleton for demonstrating professionalism that our customer had not seen in 25 years. Brandon, Anthony and Ashley will receive $25 gift cards, there customers will also receive $25 gift cards and all our wining customers favorite charity will receive a matching gift as well.
The winner of the internal ‘Wow’ customer experience award goes to Billy Romer. Billy received the most about of nominations and the most compelling nomination came from Friday Mike Cotto. $50 gift cards will be awarded to both Billy and Mike.
Thank you all for nominated and received nominations, it was a great pleasure to read each one and really appreciate all the great work we do each day to provide ‘Wow’ experiences to our customers, inside and outside of our office. To Lucas Triantis & Brian Chand – a BIG THANK YOU for assisting at the FEEL THE LOVE INSTALL.
Call Center School
The last week of November and into December we got to host two Nexstar private Call Center Workshops that included Call Center professionals not only from Jones Services but our sister companies including AStar, Auchinachie, JSP Home Services, Sila-NY and Astacio Plumbing. Feedback from our Call Center Professionals was very positive, and we are looking forward to providing even more ‘Wow’ experiences going forward. Because of the Call Center workshops, we are moving our Mentorship breakfast to December. Thank you to Mike Rudolf for arranging these back to back training events and to Monique Quigley for her outstanding handling of the logistics.
Warehouse Winner Billy Romer
Mike Cotto: I am nominating Billy because he truly loves to help! He asks all the right questions to ensure we are set up for success! What is also great about Billy is that he was a plumber, and he is great to bounce ideas off from. No matter what, when I’m at the warehouse whether its for an oil change, parts pick up, install pick up, replenishment, renting a tool, looking for a specific part to complete a job. Billy has the answer and goes above and beyond until we get what we are there for and you always share a laugh before you go on with your day!
Billy for Warehouse MVP!
