Water was coming out of the main vent in a lady’s ceiling, bathroom and closet. She has an air conditioning unit in her attic.
This is typically caused by the deterioration of the material that wraps around ductwork. This deterioration causes “sweating” to occur. Sweating can also occur due to a lack of return air because of dirty filters and/or coils.
