Stephen joined Jones Services a year ago after graduating tops in his class
at Lincoln Tech Vocational School in Mahwah, NJ with a certificate in HVAC.
Prior to Lincoln Tech, Stephen worked for two years as an installer for a
company in New Jersey installing heating systems. After an initial
onboarding period, Jones Services send Stephen, on a company scholarship, to
the Ultimate Technical Academy where he obtained certifications in
refrigeration and electrical for HVAC as well as our industry’s highest
technical excellence award, NATE certification. In August, Stephen received
a second scholarship and attended the Ultimate Technical Academy for
Heating.
