We are currently having the worst possible experience with these people on one of the coldest weeks of the year. Installed a new furnace last febuary, the furnace was not installed correctly and completely filled up with soot. It was pumping exhaust into house and billowing black smoke. The tech was nice, but said this is the worst thing he’s ever seen. Management couldn’t be bothered to call us back. Tech couldn’t get it running without high CO levels so now we are without heat and management didn’t seem to care, which is actually surprising considering the gravity of the situation and the legal repercussions that are likely going to follow. We are lucky to have not passed quietly in our sleep.
