Unreliable! Inconsiderate!
UPDATE: Although the owner responded below asking us to call, much like what another reviewer mentioned, they take your message and say someone will call you back and NEVER DO!! Happened the day of our “appointment” as well when no one showed up! So disappointing and disgusted. Give Jones Services a bad rep. For this I need to update my review.

Why have the option to book online, allow the booking to be completed then email AND text the confirmation to then have NO ONE show up??
At minimum, an email or text informing waiting customers that no one will be arriving, should be standard practice! Can’t believe a well known company would do this to a new customer.
Yet, spam emailing and texting over the last year or so to get our business, was not a problem.
You have our email information and were already sending texts for confirmation. So why would you not notify us!
The only reason for two stars instead of one is b/c of ease of “booking” an appt., although worthless with horrible… HORRIBLE ease of communication!
