My boiler failed to start and I called Jones at 10 am. After explaining the problem the Jones agent said a tecnician would be there that day (to my surprise). 3 hours later the tecnician called and said they would be there in 45 minutes and he was on time.
He varified the problem and started to diagnose the problem explaining what he found as the problem and what parts needed to be replaced. He called the office and got a price ($1800 pricey but ok).
The tecnician searched suppliers and found the part in Newburgh 15 miles away. He drove to Newburgh and got the parts ok and installed and tested the system.
The technician took 6 hours but everything worked when he was done and as a retired engineer I was impressed by his knowledge and dedication to get the boiler working by going the extra mile.
