I contacted Jones for a plumbing issue and was told someone would come between 8am–4pm. I stayed home three days in a row based on their schedule, but each day, just before 4pm, I received a call saying they were too busy and couldn’t make it. I understand things can get hectic, but if they were aware of their scheduling limitations, I wish they had communicated that earlier. It would have saved me the trouble of taking time off work and waiting at home unnecessarily. I could have reached out to another company much sooner. Unfortunately, this experience was very frustrating
