I had a slight fuel leak with my furnace and called Jones. They came quickly and Manny the tech isolated the source of the leak and made the necessary repair. Once the repair was made Manny inspected and monitored the operation of the whole system to assure it is functioning at 100%. This is a new unit. He didn’t assume the furnace was working properly, he physically checked it. Awesome. I appreciate that kind of initiative. Thank you, Manny and keep up the good work Jones.
