We knew what the problem was, but didn’t want to take the chance to change ourselves. They did come same day and the man was very nice. Provided an extremely high estimate to replace a $40 part. Asked for the labor/ parts break down and was told they couldn’t tell me that. It’s a flat service fee. The office makes the pricing and he didn’t have access to it. I needed heat, so I said go ahead.
I called first thing the next day and spoke to Barbara who was anything but helpful. She was so hung up on saying they are a flat rate company, she lost track of helping the customer. Said they were in my house for a hour and 45 mins. My ring shows 1 hour. That’s including the 20 mins of them trying to upsell me on other services and a 15 min introduction. Not that I can we about that, but if it’s gonna reflect in my bill, then yes I do. After going around and around, I asked to speak to a manger. She told me someone would call back. That was 3 weeks and Im still waiting. Poor customer service. Feel completely taken advantage of. Think twice if concerned about being overcharged
