Rick from Jones Service Plumbing and heating did a great job in explaining the type of home generator I need for my requirements. He examined the circuit box and looked at several locations in which the generator can be installed. Rick answered every question from capability of the unit, permits, cost, warranty, and financing. The bottom line price was acceptable and I can’t wait to get the generator installed!
