Update: add electric fix to the list. No matter our problem, Jones fixes it.
Ok so far we had new water pump and water tank installed in early 2023
Then we had a mini split
Then Septic pipe disintegrates and I’m freaking out!! Jones responded right away and as a loyal customer gave me 10% off the repairs. Mike the plumber was a great comfort and excellent representative of Jones.
Mary the call representative was fantastic. She saved the day.
Needed a new AC Rick and Matt were great Aaron the installer was awesome. All the guys.
