Appointment was confirmed and no time window was provided day prior. Called after 11 am day of and was told no tech was assigned. Called back around 1 and was told I’m next customer. Tech called after 5pm and said he could be there in 45 minutes if I still wanted him to come. He arrived after 6 and didn’t have equipment on board truck to perform task for service call. His answer was “I used it a few days ago and no one told me I needed it.” Basically wasted a whole day of my life. Swiftly canceled my service agreements after.
