I can’t remember the last time I went out of my way to write about a company that is predatory and tries to take advantage of the elderly. My
70 year-old mother called Jones for a service to her furnace/air conditioner every thing was working fine they were there for a cleaning. They came to my mother‘s house red tagged her heat system saying it was leaking carbon monoxide. And tried to sell her a new unit she had to stay at my house, my sister‘s house and a hotel. They told her her unit was leaking carbon monoxide and she needed a new system for $10,000. After four days of back-and-forth, she finally decided to go to another company for a second opinion They did all the tests the furnace wasn’t leaking carbon monoxide. Furthermore, there was nothing wrong with the system. They (Jones)produced pictures from a broken part allegedly and has it turns out those parts and pictures are not from our system. This is disgusting practice. Please choose anyone-else we have used Jones for 15 years wow that’s disgusting….
