I had a clogged shower that was backing up. Tommy our technician, was Friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose that the clog was actually coming from the kitchen drain and backing up into the shower. They did a great job and I felt very relieved I didnt have to spend a fortune to fix the problem.
