I have used Jones since getting a generator. They have always been reliable and responsible. There have been three staff members who have serviced my generator and all three have shown the same level of professionalism toward me and knowledge of the work they were doing. The most recent servicing was from Val, who, as with the first two Jones staff, was punctual, pleasant, highly informative and always professional.

My only wish is that Jones had an office near Accord, NY. I would use them for all my house needs.
