I wish I could give more stars for Mike and Carl. What an unbelievable team with so much knowledge. I first met Mike when he came to discuss a water softener for our house. He explained in terms that I could understand and after listening to his recommendations we decided to take advantage of the “zero financing for 12/18 months” and made a second appointment for the system. Installation in a home that is over 100 years old had to have it’s challenges but at the end of the day my water pressure increased and as the system works it will only get better. One of the best decisions and investments for anyone who has hard water with scaling on their fixtures…and lives in an older home. Bravo Jones for such amazing employees!
