A contractor cut a wire during a reno. We lost power, and he could not fix it. We called Jones, explained that this was an emergency as it was very hot, and we had a freezer and fridge with melting food.
Jones put us on a priority. The service guy from Jones called, said his name was ROMMER, and that he’d be at our house in an hour. Jones also emailed and texted us with ROMMER’s picture and info.
An hour later, ROMMER arrived. He was cheerful, friendly, and reassuring. Keep in mind that our contractor had taken half our electrical system apart to try to fix it, but could not diagnose the problem.
ROMMER painstakingly traced wires…opened outlets, switches, lights, and junction boxes…sweated and worked and sweated (it was a hot, humid Friday afternoon) and never lost his cheerfulness or sense of humor.
Ultimately, ROMMER found and fixed the problem. Our freezer and fridge full of food survived.
ROMMER was a pleasure to have work at our house. We thank him and highly recommend him. He works hard, works clean, and he works diligently.
