The technician did good work and was very clear in his communication about what was wrong and why, etc… however the prices for some relatively simple parts were exorbitant. $900 for an aquastat and nearly $500 for an air vent. The $430 to drain the system felt the most reasonable charge given how much time it took. I assume these prices are company set and really take advantage of the fact that i was without heat in parts of my home, and needed the service done. I feel like I got taken advantage of in that situation after doing some research on the actual costs of those parts.
I will for sure be calling around to other companies for more quotes in the future.
