Our heat went out the coldest night of the year. We called Jones Heating at 7 AM and they were at our house by 8 AM. Our Boiler was about 40 yrs. old and now we needed a new one. Tim’s smiling face was at my door bright and early to go over the information on purchasing a new Boiler. He was very knowledgeable about there products. The men began working on installing a new Boiler immediately. We had a new heating system up and working by 5 PM. No frozen or broken pipes in below zero weather. We appreciate there sense of urgency installing the new system. The men that worked on the install were Jon B and Steve Z., both very friendly and polite. They explained everything about the new system in easy to understand language. They did a great job and left my home neat and clean. They even installed new smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Thanks for a job well done! I will “highly “recommend them to everyone.
