I’m sooo sorry for the electrician’s name who I don’t remember came that day. I know he came from Poland. I called Jones Services in the morning and the C/R got him here by mid morning.
The reason I called Jones is because we had a severe windstorm the day before. One of the trees fell on the power line and put the electric for many people on the block out. Met Ed (the electric company) came later that night after the incident had happened. The guys took care of the electric BUT with my house they couldn’t get our electric back on because something on the side of the house had to be repaired and that they were not responsible for that that I was. So going into the next morning as I said above the electrician came mid-morning and looked at the side of the house that needed to repair and came back with the price. WOW, my husband and I were shocked (I guess it was a long time since we had to call an electrician lol). My electrician talked to his boss many many times to come to an arrangement that on both sides could agree to an amount I am soooo sorry I don’t remember his name because he went well above and beyond what he needed to do. He was so concerned that we weren’t going to have electric which gives us the heat we needed to basically survive!! NO ONE, no one would do that!! I thank God for him AND the company! There are good, kind hearted people out there! And he was especially the one!! Please anyone who is in need of an electrician for WHATEVER the reason DONT hesitate to call Jones Services. I don’t care what anyone else says. If someone gives a negative comment it’s usually because they are just unhappy picky people. They are and and always will be my go to electricians forever!!
