Justin and a crew of 4 more workers came out to replace my sewer output pipe from my house to the street sewer system in Marlboro. I have to say they did a fantastic job, but more than that, they worked from 9 AM to 10PM in the dark and under very cold conditions! They ran into an unforeseen problem having to do with two shale ridges preventing them from laying the pipe at the correct pitch. They brought in a chipper machine to break up the shale. This took hours to do, but rather than just doing the job as “OK”, they made sure the pitch was accurate as possible so the flow would be correct. In fact, the original pipe was never laid correctly because they never bothered to remove the shale and that eventually caused my problem. These guys went above and beyond the original contract and yet I wasn’t charged extra for this. I tipped them well for the extra work. Jones has me as a customer for any future work I need done. Also a shout out to Butch who surveyed and scoped the pipe and created the job order. If you ever need a pipe to be examined by camera, call him at Jones.
