Ryan came over and was courteous and friendly straight from the beginning. He allowed me to see what he was doing and explained everything he had to do. Tim came over and did the same. They both explained and broke down the issue I had. They were patient and knowledgeable in sharing what options I had and made the process simple and easy. From the phone call that I made to Jones, to the service, I had a nice experience and the staff made me feel comfortable in making the choices I had to make. They offer finance options which is great. Ryan and Tim were very respectful, let my cat hang out with them and respected my home (they wore clothes booties as we do not wear shoes in our home). Thank you so much Ryan and Tim for coming out last minute and helping out my family. I don’t remember the service callers name, but she was great too! She understood and supported my situation. She took my info and had someone come out to me a soon as possible. I would definitely recommend Jones Services.
