Josh is great. My problem turned out to be a major one but Josh is very knowledgeable, professional, and he turned what could be a very stressful situation into something a little easier to digest with his willingness to keep me informed. Thank you Josh and Jones!!
UPDATE:
Jones has been a part of my household for 5 days. I was so distressed about my situation! But Jones fixed it. Mike, Anthony, and Josh ALL came through and they are exceptional. I’m so grateful to you all, including the answering service! More than once they had to calm my nerves and wow.. you guys really took care of things. I have plumbing again yay!!
