So I’ll start by saying that ultimately my issue wasn’t something Jones Services handles, which is fine and the technician was able to determine this not long after arriving. My overall experience is positive and I would not hesitate to contact this business in the future. Answering service over the weekend is most helpful to get on the schedule; representatives answer when you call and are able to answer your general questions – they’re personable and kind in my experience. We had an electric tech come out, Victor, and his thoughtfulness set him apart from past typical experiences making him a credit to this company.
