My husband and I placed a call to Jones Services this morning for information regarding a whole house generator. We were fortunate to have Rick Sampson show up at our home within 3 hours of our call. Rick is thoroughly versed in all aspects of the benefits, installation , and use of a propane generator and by the time he left we were pretty much sold on the product and services which Jones will provide. Rick is extremely personable and knowledgable and it was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a company and it’s sales representative. We give Jones Services a well deserved 5 Stars!
