Price and time for install was great, however their follow up is lackluster.
Install was mid may. I was told I was getting the jump cloud work adapter from my sales guy, yet he didn’t put it in the notes so the installers didn’t do it. I get told they’ll call me on Monday, Monday came no one called. I had to call Tuesday, to be told the part is back ordered til mid June, they’ll call me.
They never called, I called to follow up, each time I call they say they’re going to call me back and they never do, I always have to call back and it’s the same run around story “we reached out to parts or the warehouse” we don’t know why it’s not here. Yet I can find these parts in stock online everywhere.
Mid/end of July and still no part or eta.
