John D was very nice and knowledgeable.. Dealing with John
was a great experience. He is an asset to your company. John is also a gentleman. He fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. The mistake was mine I had the thermostat on cool. He was very gracious about my mistake. If I had my way I would like to have him as my serviceman all the time.
