well this weekend had a drain clog and called JONES services 11:30 am on Saturday. The person on the phone said they will call us back with when someone could come we waited all day and called again to see if anyone was able to come and when. waited again for call back !! needles to say no call back.. no call back on Sunday either. i have used Jones for just about every service so far. now not even a call back to say we cant come !! no response .. so m called another company and they picked up and were there in 1 hour .. jetted my drain good to go . around 840 Monday morning Jones called me to tell me i had an appointment later that day. i responeded it would have been nice to be called before because i already called someone else not knowing Jones would even tell me they were coming. when i told JONES this they seemed sorry and would pass my comments to management. now over 24 hours no response from them at all .. i now need to find a better service company
