Butch was great, I enjoyed the conversation that we had while he was working on my furnace. On the other hand charging $600 for a part that cost $129, I felt was robbery. I would’ve Done the job myself other than the fact that it was the memorial day weekend and I wasn’t sure if I could find the part. I did Not want to have to deal with cold water for three days.
