I was hesitant at first, but needed someone to come out to look at my broken hot water heater on a Saturday or I’d have to wait until Monday for my regular plumber. I’m very pleased with the service I received. Unlike a local competitor, they do not make you enter into a maintenance agreement for a weekend emergency call. Jon B was at my home in less than 30 minutes! He was pleasant and thorough (he even put on a pair of shoe covers), telling me what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. I was also given options at various prices so I could choose within a range I knew I could afford. He was very clean, efficient and explained EVERYTHING to me. I was relieved and happy with the experience and so far, the hot water heater is working well (maybe even more efficiently with his repair). Jones is the “go to” for weekend emergency service or any other time. I will be calling them soon for electrical work. Thanks Jones! Keep up the great work!
