I had a clogged sink and they wanted $500+ dollars just to snake the drain. They gave me 5 options to choose from all of them more expensive than $500. Tried to sell me a preventative maintenance contract, some overpriced Ridx and other unnecessary services. Tried to tell me that my 3 year old son was in danger from the clogged sink? That’s a very low down sales tactic. I guess they really didn’t want my business on a Friday afternoon. I’ll find a private licensed plumber or go buy $500 worth of plumbing tools and do the job myself and every time then after. The customer service at the base was very cordial and accommodating. They followed up with a call and an apology.
