I had an old propane heating unit that would not fire up anymore. The exact cause could not be pinpointed. Understanding that troubleshooting would mean replacement of a series of parts till the fix was found could be an expensive process. The alternative is to replace the old with the new. Butch, the Jones technician explained all options without any pressure. I went with a new unit. Aris was brought in to go over the right size unit for my home and was able to schedule the replace for the very next day.
