We called jones in November to so that they can get the heating system ready for the winter.they said the elbows on the unit had to be changed so we let them do it. Then we was told that the union’s had acidic water on them that may cause a leak when we turned on the system and it would be another $1500 to fix. It did leak and when they came to fix they charged $1700 and took it apon themselves to put straight pipe instead of the unions that were there. I complained and they told me they would put the unions back for another $550. The guy that came the second time told me it was a sloppy job but still said he had to charge me to do it over.
