12/23 For the third time this year, Jones has rescheduled “day of” supposed visit. Called 45 minutes ago (12:00) to check we were on their service list for today and was told they would contact us before they came. Just received a text requesting a call to reschedule my emergency service appointment. It’s 8 degrees out, customer service is offering a 12/26 appointment. I paid a yearly fee for priority service appointments. This is the third time this year we have been rescheduled. We definitely are not priority at all. My house is freezing. Christmas will be spent sitting in winter coats, with a houseful of guests. Hopefully our pipes don’t freeze. Hopefully they show up on Thursday.
