You are being duped by this 4.9 star rating. This company’s rating is being inflated by reputation defender, or some other review adjuster. They are overpriced first off. But the main goal once they get into a persons house is to sell more services. They are not interested in coming in and doing the job of fixing what’s needed, they are there to sell at the highest possible price, accessory services or upgrades to what exists. That’s all.
A good comparison would be taking your car to a dealer for a simple oil change, and they wind up selling you an air filter, throttle body service, wheel balancing, etc.
