From purchase to installation of my new heat pump last August 2024, to recent servicing, to the people managing the phone calls, the professionals at Jones Services have all been extremely competent, responsive, and friendly. This has included, most recently Matt, Rick and Peter for their expertise and quick response to some very minor issues. The heat pump has worked great through the late summer and through the winter.
