Upstairs thermostat wasn’t turning heat on. Called electricians and after 2 appointments 3 different electricians and 5 hours they still were unable to give me a reason why I wasnt getting heat. So i decided to call Jones. First they sent Matt who was very nice and respectful. He worked hard to somewhat organize the rats nest of wires by the oil burner while testing the connections of the wires. Matt went outside spoke with management and they gave me my options. This is the part I did not like. After listening to my options I asked if I could write them down or have them emailed to me so I could discuss with my wife who wasnt home at the time which option we wanted. Matt did his best to better explain the options to me but I could tell he was being pressured into getting a decision and deposit from me right then. So I was basically told no and forced into choosing a option while leaving half deposit before Matt left. 2 days later John arrived to service the oil burner and install a wireless thermostat. He was awsome. He serviced the oil burner organized all of the wires and labeled everything. While talking with him I mentioned I really wasnt happy with having the wireless thermostat but with temperatures dropping felt like it was the only option that would get me heat. John then explained to me that installing the wireless thermostat didnt mean I was going to get heat upstairs, that the actual problem would not be solved by just installing the thermostat. After trying a few things he was able to figure it out! I finally have heat upstairs. In the short time John was at my house he organized and labeled everything in my boiler room, serviced my oil burner AND figured out why I wasnt getting heat upstairs and fixed it. I give Jones 4 stars but I give John 5 stars. As I sit here and write this the current temperature is 7 degrees thanks to John my family is finally comfortable for the first time all winter. I highly recommend him to anyone having any heat/AC issues
